Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use hecalleditlove.com or buy anything from He Called It Love ("I," "me," "my"). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them.

What I offer

Help Me Say It is a writing service. You tell me what happened and what you need to say, and I write a text message, letter, or other message for you. I also offer free downloadable guides and workbooks in the library.

This is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, or medical advice

I'm not a licensed therapist, counselor, attorney, or medical professional. My writing and resources are based on personal experience and peer support. They are not a replacement for professional help. If you're dealing with abuse, a legal matter, a custody issue, or your mental health, please talk to a qualified professional.

Not a crisis service

I can't respond to emergencies. If you're in danger, call 911. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). For domestic violence support, call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233 or text START to 88788.

Your messages are your decision

I write the words. You decide whether to send them, who to send them to, and when. You're responsible for anything you send and for what happens after. I'm not responsible for how anyone reacts or for the outcome of any relationship, conversation, or situation.

What I won't write

I won't write anything that threatens, harasses, or stalks someone, breaks a court order (including a protective or no-contact order), is meant to deceive someone in a harmful way, or is illegal. If an order asks for something like that, I'll cancel it and refund you.

Orders and delivery

Delivery time and what's included (including revisions) depend on the package you choose and are listed on the package. The clock starts once I have your payment and a completed intake form. If I need more information, I'll email you, and delivery time pauses until you reply.

Refunds

• $5 packages are final sale. They're delivered within 24 hours and can't be canceled or refunded once ordered, unless I don't deliver on time or I decline the order.
• For all other packages, if I haven't started your order, you can cancel for a full refund.
• If I don't deliver within the time listed for your package, you can ask for a full refund.
• Because every message is custom written, I don't offer refunds once your message has been delivered. If something's off, tell me and I'll make it right within the revisions your package includes.

Payments

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Who owns what

Once you've paid, the message I write for you is yours to use however you want. Everything else on this site, including the guides, workbooks, designs, and writing, belongs to He Called It Love. Free library downloads are for your personal use. Please don't resell, republish, or claim them as your own.

Privacy

What you tell me stays private. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Third-party services

Dating coaching is booked and delivered through Muse, a separate company with its own terms. Links to other sites are for convenience. I'm not responsible for them.

Age

You must be 18 or older to place an order.

Limitation of liability

I do my best with every order, but the site and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, He Called It Love isn't liable for any indirect or consequential damages from using the site or services, and my total liability for any claim won't be more than what you paid for the order involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are covered by the terms in place when you ordered.
