He Called It Love ("I," "me," "my") runs hecalleditlove.com. This policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, and what I don't do with it.
What I collect
- What you tell me in the Help Me Say It intake form: your name, email, the details of your situation, and anything else you choose to share so I can write your message.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
- Emails you send me at hello@hecalleditlove.com or any other He Called It Love address.
- Basic site data, like pages visited, device type, and general location, collected by my website host for analytics.
How I use it
- To write and deliver the message or letter you ordered.
- To contact you about your order.
- To process payments and refunds.
- To keep records required for taxes and accounting.
- To improve the site.
What I don't do
- I don't sell your information. Ever.
- I don't share your story. What you tell me in the intake form stays between us. I won't post it, quote it, or use it in content in any way that could identify you.
- I don't send you marketing emails unless you ask to be on a list.
Who else sees it
Only the services needed to run the business: Stripe (payments), my website and hosting provider, and my email provider. I may also share information if the law requires it.
Third-party links
The site links to other services, like Muse for dating coaching and social media platforms. Those services have their own privacy policies. I'm not responsible for how they handle your information.
How long I keep it
I keep order details for as long as I need them to finish your order and meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements. You can ask me to delete your intake details at any time after your order is complete.
Your choices
You can ask me to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you. Email hello@hecalleditlove.com and I'll take care of it.
Age
This site and its services are for people 18 and older. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If I update this policy, I'll change the date at the top of this page.
