Refund Policy

$5 packages are final sale. They're delivered within 24 hours and can't be canceled or refunded once ordered, unless I don't deliver on time or I decline the order.
For all other packages, if I haven't started your order, you can cancel for a full refund.
If I don't deliver within the time listed for your package, you can ask for a full refund.
Because every message is custom written, I don't offer refunds once your message has been delivered. If something's off, tell me and I'll make it right within the revisions your package includes.
If I decline an order because it asks for something I won't write (see the Terms of Service), I'll refund you in full.
